STEP OF CAR REPAIRING AT ASSURANCES GENERAL LAOS GARAGE NETWORK
Adjuster advise on the garage to repair the car.
Step 01:
Vehicle owner contact with garage to inspect the damage.
Step 02:
Garage inspect the damage and send the repairing quotation to Assurances General Laos.
Step 03:
Assurances General Laos approved quotation and garage repair the car.
Step 04:
Vehicle owner check the car after repairing & sign the receipt.
Step 05:
Assurances General Laos pay for the repairing cost to the garage directly.
Step 06:
Vehicle owner inform Assurances General Laos on the garage to repair.
Step 01:
Vehicle owner send the repairing quotation to Assurances General Laos to approve.
Step 02:
Assurances General Laos approved to repair the vehicle.
Step 03:
When repair completed, the vehicle owner pay for repairing cost.
Step 04:
Assurances General Laos reimburse the bills by cash or bank transfer.
Step 06:
Vehicle owner bring the bills & necessary document to reimburse with Assurances General Lao.
Need documents :
- Claim reimbursement form.
- Medical bills from hospital in case of infury.
- Repairing bills from garage.
- Repairing document from garage.
- Receipt of repairing complete from garage.
- ID card, passport or family book.
