Electronic insurance policy (e-Policy)
e-Policy is the new experience for Assurances General Laos customers, the easy way for our customers to keep insurance policies on their electronic devices which allows them to check insurance policy anywhere and get cover anytime without carry the paper policy.
e-Policy of Assurances General Laos is approved by Ministry of Finance, Ministry Information of Technology and Ministry of Public Security. The customers will be covered by insurance policy as well as written insurance policy printed out.
The customers can change by themselves of their insurance policies to electronic Insurance policy through My Insurance App by go to "My Policy" function, select the insurance contract you want to change to electronic Insurance, click Apply, read the terms of the application (consent), accept and confirm. After downloaded e-Stickers, you are now can show your e-stickers to police officers and others related officers.
Moreover, you can also download your e-Health card to show to the Assurances General Laos hospital networks with paperless. In the future, we aim to digitalize all of our insurance policies into electronic insurances for the most conveniences of our customers.
