VIENTIANE, LAOS – February 5, 2026

Assurances General Laos (AGL) officially announced the appointment of two new Deputy CEOs during a formal ceremony held at its head office. The event was presided over by Mr. Oubane Souphida, Head of the Organization and Personnel Department of the Ministry of Finance, and attended by the company’s full staff and management.

The appointments mark a strategic move to reinforce AGL’s management structure as the company enters a new era of business expansion and digital modernization. Dr. Sengaloun INMYXAI, Acting CEO of AGL, emphasized that these leadership changes are essential to achieving the company’s ambitious 2026–2030 strategic goals.

The New Executive Appointments

Mr. Thavone SOULIYAVONG, Deputy CEO: A veteran of the insurance industry with 25 years of technical expertise, Mr. Thavone SOULIYAVONG previously served as Head of Property and Casualty Insurance and Chief Underwriting Officer.

Mr. Sien SAYGNASANE, Deputy CEO: With a strong background in operations and technology, Mr. Sien SAYGNASANE previously held roles as Head of IT, Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Chief Information Officer (CIO).
