Assurances General Laos (AGL) hosted the Agent Leaders Club Meeting 2026 at Dao Nua Riverside Hotel in Meuang Feuang District, Vientiane Province. The meeting was officially opened by Dr. Sengaloun INMYXAI, CEO of AGL, together with the two Deputy CEOs, Mr. Thavone SOULIYAVONG and Mr. Sien SAYGNASANE, members of the management team, and AGL’s agent leaders.
The meeting aimed to review business performance over the first nine months of the year, strengthen relationships and collaboration between AGL and its agent leaders, and provide a platform for participants to exchange ideas and explore opportunities to further enhance their partnership and drive continued business growth.
The programmed also included interactive discussions, giving agent leaders the opportunity to share their perspectives and propose ideas to improve collaboration and working practices. In addition, team-building activities and a networking dinner were organized to strengthen relationships, foster team spirit, and build a stronger agent network.
AGL believes that sustainable success is built on collaboration, trust, and shared growth. This meeting marked another important step in strengthening partnerships with its agent leaders, with the shared goal of enhancing service quality, building customer confidence, and driving AGL’s continued and sustainable growth.
